Converso Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hubly LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Hubly," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the Converso mobile app and related services ("Converso"). Hubly LLC is the company responsible for your information (the "controller" under laws such as the GDPR).
Converso deals with personal and sometimes painful parts of people's lives, so we have tried to write this plainly. If anything is unclear, email us at avery.dhubert@gmail.com.
1. The short version
- You decide what to share. Converso only analyzes screenshots, voice notes, messages and answers that you choose to give it.
- We ask before your content goes to our AI provider. Scans, Coach, voice notes and reflections are processed by OpenAI, a third-party AI service. The app asks for your permission before any of that content is sent, and you can withdraw it in Profile. Lessons, practice games and the pattern library work without it.
- We don't sell your information, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Our analytics don't get your email address or the content of your conversations.
- You can delete things. Delete a scan, a person, a Coach chat, or your whole account at any time, in the app or by email. See Delete your Converso account.
- Converso is for adults (18+).
2. Information we collect and where it comes from
2.1 Account information
You sign in with Apple or Google. We don't use passwords.
- Sign in with Apple: your email address (or a private relay address if you choose "Hide My Email"), an identifier from Apple, and your first name if you choose to share it when you first sign in. Our authentication provider stores these with your account record. We use your first name only to greet you in the app.
- Sign in with Google: your email address, your name, a link to your Google profile picture and an identifier from Google. Our authentication provider stores these with your account record. We use your email to identify your account and contact you about it. We use your first name only to greet you in the app, and we don't show your picture.
- Account records: when your account was created, when you last signed in, and security logs kept by our hosting provider (which include IP addresses).
2.2 Subscription and purchase information
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or bank details.
- We use RevenueCat to keep track of whether you have an active subscription. RevenueCat receives an anonymous purchase ID generated by the app, the products you buy, purchase, trial, renewal and expiry dates, the store and its country or currency, transaction IDs, and basic device and app information.
- We use Superwall to show subscription offers. Superwall receives events such as which offer screen was shown and whether a purchase was started or completed, along with basic device and app information (for example device model, operating system, language, app version and a device-level identifier).
- If you redeem a code for promotional access, we record the code and link it to your account and purchase ID.
2.3 Screenshots and the text in them
When you run a scan, you pick screenshots of a conversation. We upload them to private storage in your account and send them to OpenAI to read the text and analyze it. We store the screenshots, the transcript read from them, and the analysis.
2.4 Details you add to a scan or a person
When you add a person (a "contact") and scan conversations with them, you can give a name or nickname, their gender, your relationship to them, and notes or context about the situation. You can also add follow-up context to refine a scan.
2.5 Voice recordings
If you tap the microphone in a scan, in Coach or in Reality Check, the app records your voice and sends the recording through our server to OpenAI to turn it into text. We keep the text, not the audio. We don't store your recordings on our servers. According to OpenAI's documentation, audio sent for transcription is not retained by OpenAI after the text is returned. A temporary copy may stay in the app's cache on your phone until your phone clears it or you delete the app.
2.6 Coach messages and photos
We store your Coach chats (your messages, Coach's replies and a short summary) so Coach can remember past conversations about the same person. When you open Coach, it is given context such as your recent scans with that person, what Converso has learned about them, and a summary of your quiz and questionnaire answers. If you add a photo to a Coach message, the photo is sent to OpenAI with your message. We don't upload the photo to our storage; your saved chat only keeps a reference to the photo on your phone.
2.7 Reflections
We store what you write or say in Reality Check and Connection Reflection (including how a relationship is making you feel and your ratings), your Break the Cycle reflections and tasks, notes you write when you pause before replying, and the results Converso gives you.
2.8 Profile details, questionnaire and quiz answers
- Profile details: your age range, gender and what you're looking for in dating. These are optional and include a "prefer not to say" choice.
- Onboarding questionnaire: for example what's going on for you right now, how a relationship has affected you, experiences you've had (such as doubting your own memory of what was said, or being checked up on), your dealbreakers, and how much you tend to replay things.
- Quizzes: your answers and results for quizzes such as attachment style, personality, love language, red and green flags, toxic traits, a partner check, and childhood experiences. Some of these ask about difficult or traumatic experiences and what triggers strong emotional reactions for you.
We use these answers to personalize scans, Coach and lessons. A summary of relevant answers is sent to OpenAI with your scans and Coach messages so the results fit what you've told us matters. All of this is optional; you can skip questions and quizzes.
2.9 Lessons, practice and progress
We store which lessons and paths you've started and finished, your practice-game answers and scores, lesson ratings, your energy, fox items and wardrobe, streaks, goals you set (including any goal text you write) and reminder preferences. Lessons are prepared by us in advance, so nothing you do in a lesson is sent to OpenAI. We don't store the words of your answers in lesson steps, and we don't send the words of your answers to our analytics provider.
2.10 Daily check-ins
If you use the daily check-in, we store how you're feeling (a score from 1 to 5) and the date. We use it to suggest which path or lesson might help. It is not sent to OpenAI, and our analytics provider doesn't receive your answer.
2.11 What Converso works out from your information
Converso creates information from what you give it, for example:
- scan analyses: tone, investment scores, red and green flags, named patterns, intent, mixed signals, suggested next moves and reply suggestions;
- safety concerns, when a conversation shows signs such as threats, violence, coercive control or threats of self-harm, so the app can show you support resources;
- what Converso has learned about each person you scan, across scans, and summaries used by Coach;
- a texting style profile (typical message length, punctuation, emoji, common phrases and a few sample messages, taken from your own messages in screenshots), which reply suggestions use only when "Match My Texting Style" is on;
- lesson and path recommendations.
These are automated interpretations. They can be wrong, and they are not facts about you or anyone else.
2.12 Information about other people
Screenshots and notes often include other people's names, messages, photos and other details, and Converso creates analyses and summaries about their behavior. We handle this information carefully:
- We use it only to give you, the person who uploaded it, your analyses and Coach responses.
- It stays in your private account. We never contact the people in your conversations, and we don't combine information about them across different users' accounts or build profiles about them outside your account.
- Pattern names in your results are educational descriptions of behavior, not statements of fact about a person.
- We never sell it, and we share it only with the service providers that run Converso (see section 6).
- You can delete a person and everything linked to them at any time, and it is all deleted when you delete your account.
Our Terms ask you to upload only conversations you are part of. If you believe someone uploaded information about you, contact us. Because that information sits in another person's private account, we can't show it to you, but we will review your request and act on it where the law requires.
2.13 Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your phone. We don't collect a push notification token. We store whether you've turned reminders on and the times you chose.
2.14 Device, usage and analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics. It receives:
- a random account ID (not your email address or name) and an ID the app generates for your device;
- events about how you use Converso, such as screens opened, features used, buttons tapped, lessons and paths started and finished, and subscription events. Some events include a short label describing the action, for example which onboarding option you chose or what type of pattern a scan found;
- device and app information such as device model, operating system, app version, language and time zone;
- your IP address, which PostHog uses to estimate your approximate location (country and city).
PostHog does not receive your email address, your screenshots, the text of your conversations, your Coach messages, your voice recordings, or the words of your lesson answers. We don't use session recording.
2.15 Crash and error reports
When the app hits an error, PostHog receives an error report linked to your account ID: the type of error, its message, where in the app it happened, and your device and app version. Error reports are meant to describe the problem, not your content, but an error message can occasionally include a short piece of text the app was working on at the time.
2.16 Support, feedback and reports
If you email us, we keep your email and our reply. If you rate a result or report a response in the app, we store your rating, the reason you give, and a copy of the response you reported so we can review it.
2.17 Information stored on your phone
The app keeps some information on your phone so it works quickly and offline, such as your sign-in session, settings, cached results and progress. Deleting the app removes it.
2.18 What we don't collect
We don't collect your precise location, your phone's contacts, your text messages or call logs (only screenshots you choose), your payment card details, or biometric data. We don't use an advertising identifier, and Converso has no ads.
3. Sensitive information and your permission
Much of what people share in Converso is sensitive. It can reveal your mental and emotional health, experiences of abuse or trauma, your sex life or sexual orientation, and similar details about other people. Laws in many places treat this as special or sensitive information.
- We ask for your explicit permission first. Before any of your content is sent to OpenAI for the first time (for example on your first scan, voice note, Coach message or Reality Check), Converso shows a screen that explains what is sent to OpenAI and why, and asks you to agree. Nothing is sent until you tap to agree. We record when you agreed and which version of the screen you saw.
- Saying no still leaves you lessons. If you don't agree, you can still use lessons, practice games and the pattern library. Features that need OpenAI stay off: scans, Coach, Reality Check, Connection Reflection, reply suggestions and voice notes.
- You can withdraw your permission at any time in Profile. After that, nothing new is sent. Withdrawing doesn't delete what is already stored; you can delete scans, people, chats or your whole account separately.
- Optional questions stay optional. You don't have to answer the questionnaire, quizzes or check-ins to use Converso.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide Converso: create your account, run scans, Coach, reflections, quizzes and lessons, save your history and progress, and personalize results and recommendations to what you've told us;
- show you support resources, for example when a scan shows signs that you may be in danger;
- manage subscriptions, including trials, offers, restores and promotional access;
- understand and improve Converso, using analytics and error reports, and reviewing feedback and reported responses;
- keep Converso safe and working: prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts, enforce our Terms, and fix problems;
- communicate with you about your account, support requests and important changes; and
- comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We don't use your information for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use your conversations to train AI models.
5. How AI is used and what goes to OpenAI
Scans, Coach, Reality Check, Connection Reflection, reply suggestions, voice transcription and the pattern library search use AI models from OpenAI. With your permission (see section 3), OpenAI receives what each of these features needs:
- screenshots, the transcript read from them, and the notes and context you add;
- voice recordings, to turn them into text;
- Coach messages and any photos you attach;
- what you write or say in Reality Check and Connection Reflection;
- the words you type into the pattern library search; and
- context that makes results fit you, such as summaries of your quiz and questionnaire answers and of your past scans with the same person.
All requests go through our own server, so OpenAI doesn't receive your account details, such as your email address or sign-in information. It does see anything that appears in the content itself, such as names in a screenshot. OpenAI processes this information on our behalf under its API terms and data processing terms. According to OpenAI's current documentation:
- data sent through its API is not used to train or improve its models unless a customer opts in, and we have not opted in;
- OpenAI keeps abuse-monitoring logs of requests for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect its services or others from harm; and
- audio sent for transcription is not retained after the transcription is returned.
AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong. We don't use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Lessons, practice games, articles and the Break the Cycle plan are prepared by us in advance and don't use AI while you use them.
6. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we don't let advertisers or data brokers access it.
We use these service providers to run Converso. They process information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it with at least the same level of protection described in this policy and to use it only to provide their services to us:
| Provider | What they do for us | Information involved | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, file storage and server functions | All account information and content you store in Converso | United States (Oregon) |
| OpenAI | AI analysis, Coach, reflections, transcription and search | The content described in section 5 | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics and error reports | The information described in sections 2.14 and 2.15 | United States |
| RevenueCat | Subscription status | The information described in section 2.2 | United States |
| Superwall | Subscription offer screens | The information described in section 2.2 | United States |
| Expo (650 Industries) | Delivers app updates | IP address, device type and app version when the app checks for updates | United States |
Their privacy policies: Supabase, OpenAI, PostHog, RevenueCat, Superwall, Expo.
Apple and Google provide sign-in, app downloads and payments. They handle that information under their own privacy policies (Apple, Google). Our Terms and this policy are hosted on Notion; if you open them, Notion's privacy policy applies to that visit.
We may also disclose information:
- when the law requires it, such as a valid court order. Where we're allowed to, we will tell you before we disclose, and we will push back on requests that are too broad;
- to protect someone's life or safety, where we believe in good faith that it's necessary and the law allows it;
- to protect our rights, for example to enforce our Terms or respond to fraud or security issues; and
- as part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information or we will tell you before it changes.
We never give your information to someone asking on your behalf, such as a partner or family member, unless we have verified that you asked us to.
7. International transfers
Hubly LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers mainly store and process information in the United States. If you use Converso from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from yours.
For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum and Swiss amendments) included in our providers' data processing terms, or on a provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where it has one. For Brazil and Japan, see section 11.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as you keep it in Converso, and delete it when you delete it or your account, except as described here.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account and profile details | Until you delete your account |
| Scans, screenshots, transcripts and analyses | Until you delete the scan, the person it belongs to, or your account. Screenshots from a scan that fails stay in your private storage until you delete your account |
| People (contacts) and what Converso learned about them | Until you delete the person or your account |
| Coach chats | Until you delete the chat, the person it's about, or your account |
| Reflections, quiz and questionnaire answers, check-ins, lesson progress, goals and settings | Until you delete your account |
| Voice recordings | Not stored on our servers. The text is kept with the feature you used it in |
| Requests to OpenAI | Up to 30 days in OpenAI's abuse-monitoring logs, or longer only where the law requires it or it's needed to protect against harm. Audio sent for transcription isn't retained by OpenAI |
| Analytics events and error reports (PostHog) | Deleted when you delete your account. Otherwise kept for PostHog's standard data retention period for our plan |
| Purchase records | Kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as their policies and tax and accounting laws require |
| Offer-screen events (Superwall) | Kept under Superwall's retention policy; not linked to your Converso account |
| Support emails and feedback | As long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it, unless you ask us to delete them |
| Backups | Deleted information can remain in our hosting provider's encrypted backups until they are overwritten on the provider's normal backup schedule |
9. Delete your Converso account
This section explains how to delete your account in Converso (the app made by Hubly LLC) and the data linked to it. You can do it in the app or without the app.
In the app
- If you have an active subscription: tap the gear icon at the top of the Home screen to open Profile, then tap Delete Account and confirm.
- If you haven't subscribed, or your subscription has ended: on the subscription screen, tap Account, then Delete account and confirm.
Deletion in the app happens right away.
Without the app
Email avery.dhubert@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Converso account". Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Converso. If you signed in with Apple and chose "Hide My Email," send it from the address your Apple relay forwards to, and include the relay address if you know it. We may ask you to confirm the request so we don't delete someone else's account. We will delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done. You don't need to reinstall the app.
What gets deleted
Your account and everything stored with it: your profile, questionnaire and quiz answers, scans, screenshots, transcripts and analyses, the people you added and everything Converso learned about them, Coach chats, reflections and Reality Checks, check-ins, lesson progress, practice history, goals, fox items, your texting style profile, and your feedback and reports. We also delete your analytics profile and its events in PostHog.
What may remain for a limited time
- copies in our hosting provider's backups, until they are overwritten (see section 8);
- OpenAI's abuse-monitoring logs, for up to 30 days;
- purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under an anonymous purchase ID, as their policies and tax laws require;
- offer-screen events in Superwall that aren't linked to your account;
- emails you sent us, unless you ask us to delete those too; and
- a record that we handled your deletion request, and anything else the law requires us to keep.
Information stored on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
Apple or Google will keep billing you until you cancel. Cancel first if you don't want to be charged again:
- iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Converso > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store app > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Converso > Cancel subscription.
You can also open these from Profile > Manage Subscription in the app.
Removing Converso from your Apple or Google account
If you'd also like to remove Converso's access from your sign-in provider: on iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple; for Google, go to myaccount.google.com > Security > Your connections to third-party apps and services.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
In the app you can delete individual scans, people and Coach chats. You can also email us to ask us to delete other specific information.
10. Your choices
- Withdraw permission for sending your content to OpenAI in Profile at any time (see section 3).
- Delete scans, people, Coach chats or your whole account (see section 9).
- Skip optional questions, quizzes and check-ins.
- Turn off "Match My Texting Style" in Profile so reply suggestions don't use your texting style profile.
- Turn off reminders with the Notifications switch in Profile, or in your phone's settings.
- Log out with Log Out in Profile, or from the Account option on the subscription screen.
If you think someone else can get into your phone, keep that in mind when you use Converso. Signing out and deleting scans or chats after you've read them reduces what someone could see. Reminders are written so they don't reveal what the app is about.
11. Your privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to stop certain processing, by emailing avery.dhubert@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the law where you live requires (usually 30 to 45 days) and won't charge you or treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by asking you to write from the email address on your account. If we can't do what you ask, we will explain why.
11.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
You have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing that already happened). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In the EU, you can find yours at edpb.europa.eu. In the UK, it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In Switzerland, it is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
Our legal bases for using your information are:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Creating and running your account, providing the features you ask for, and managing your subscription | Performance of our contract with you |
| Sending your content to OpenAI for scans, Coach, voice and reflections | Your consent |
| Using sensitive information you give us, such as information about your health, sex life or sexual orientation, or experiences of abuse | Your explicit consent |
| Information about other people in your uploads | Our legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for, with the safeguards in section 2.12. |
| Analytics, error reports and improving Converso | Our legitimate interests in understanding and improving Converso, balanced by the limits in sections 2.14 and 2.15 |
| Security, fraud and abuse prevention, and enforcing our Terms | Our legitimate interests in keeping Converso and its users safe |
| Meeting legal obligations, such as tax records and lawful requests | Legal obligation |
| Protecting someone's life in an emergency | Vital interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds or need the information for a legal claim.
11.2 California
We honor the rights below for all California residents, whether or not the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to a business of our size.
In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information, from you, your device, Apple or Google, and our service providers, for the purposes in section 4:
- Identifiers: email address, account ID, device ID, IP address.
- Customer records: name and email address.
- Protected characteristics: age range and gender.
- Commercial information: subscription and purchase history.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: app usage events and error reports.
- Approximate geolocation: estimated from your IP address.
- Audio and visual information: voice recordings, screenshots and photos you add.
- Inferences: analyses, patterns, texting style profile and recommendations.
- Sensitive personal information: the contents of messages in your screenshots, information about your health, and information about your sex life or sexual orientation.
We disclose these categories to the service providers listed in section 6 for business purposes. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we haven't done so in the past 12 months. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you ask for, as the law allows, so we don't offer a "limit the use of my sensitive personal information" link.
You have the right to know what we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access, correct and delete it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of your permission and ask you to confirm your identity. We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
11.3 Other U.S. states
Depending on where you live (for example Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas or Virginia), you may have rights to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale and certain profiling. We don't do targeted advertising, sell personal information, or use profiling to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We process sensitive information only with your consent (see section 3). If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject line. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
11.4 Brazil
Under the LGPD, Hubly LLC is the controller. We process your information to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests (for analytics, security and improvement), to meet legal obligations, and, for sensitive personal data and the transfer of your content to OpenAI, based on your specific and highlighted consent given in the app. You have the right to confirm that we process your data, access it, correct it, have unnecessary or excessive data anonymized, blocked or deleted, receive it in a portable format, delete data processed with your consent, know who we share it with, know that you can refuse consent and what happens if you do, withdraw consent, and complain to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD). Your information is transferred to the United States (see section 7) using the safeguards available under the LGPD. To contact our data protection officer (encarregado), email avery.dhubert@gmail.com.
11.5 Japan
Business operator: Hubly LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #4662, Casper, WY 82609, USA. Representative: Avery Hubert.
We use personal information for the purposes in section 4. With your consent, given in the app, we provide personal information to service providers in the United States (see section 6). The United States has no single comprehensive federal privacy law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information; privacy is protected by a mix of federal rules, such as the Federal Trade Commission Act, and state laws, such as California's. Our providers are bound by contracts to protect the information and use it only to provide their services to us.
Our security measures are described in section 13. You can ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, or stop providing to third parties the personal information we hold about you, and to disclose records of any third-party provision, by emailing avery.dhubert@gmail.com.
12. Consumer health data (Washington, Nevada and similar laws)
This section applies to consumers covered by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law (SB 370), and similar laws. It describes "consumer health data," meaning information that identifies or could reveal your past, present or future physical or mental health.
What we may collect. Your daily check-in (how you're feeling); answers to the childhood experiences quiz and other quizzes and questionnaire questions about stress, trauma, emotional reactions or how a relationship has affected you; what you write or say in Reality Check, Connection Reflection, Break the Cycle and Coach about your emotional or mental health; voice recordings that include this information; and safety concerns and patterns Converso detects that may relate to your wellbeing, along with inferences drawn from all of these.
Where it comes from. From you, and from Converso's analysis of what you provide.
How we use it. To provide the features you ask for (analyses, Coach, reflections, personalized lessons and recommendations), to show you support resources, to keep Converso safe, and to comply with the law. We don't use it for advertising.
Consent. We collect consumer health data only with your consent or as necessary to provide a feature you've asked for. The permission screen described in section 3 asks before any of this content is sent to OpenAI. Consumer health data is processed only by service providers that work for us: Supabase stores it, OpenAI processes it when you use a feature that needs it, and PostHog, our analytics provider, may record that you completed a check-in or a quiz and which options you picked in the onboarding questionnaire (it doesn't receive your check-in scores or your quiz answers). We don't share consumer health data with anyone else, and we would ask for your separate consent before doing so. We don't sell consumer health data, and we don't use geofencing around health care facilities.
Your rights. You can ask us to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; to give you access to it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with and how to contact them; to delete it; and to withdraw your consent. Email avery.dhubert@gmail.com, or delete your account in the app. We will respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by 45 more days if needed, and we'll tell you if we do. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line; we will answer within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General (atg.wa.gov) or the Nevada Attorney General (ag.nv.gov).
13. How we protect information
- Information is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers, and our hosting provider encrypts stored data.
- Access rules in our database mean each account can reach only its own data, and screenshots sit in private storage.
- Keys for our AI provider are kept on our servers, never in the app.
- Only the people who run Converso can access production systems, and only when needed to run and support it.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
14. Children
Converso is only for people aged 18 and over. The app asks your age range during setup, and anyone who says they are under 18 can't continue. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete the account and its information. If you believe a minor is using Converso, please email us.
15. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If a change affects how we use sensitive information you have already given us, we will ask for your permission again. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
16. Language
If we provide a translation of this policy, the English version controls where they differ, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
